Far infrared heat treatment:
It is a heat treatment system that emits far infrared to certain material and vibrates its molecule to heat the material.
Far infrared is one type of infrared which has the wavelength band of 5.6~1,000μm.
Resin and plastic have a tendency to absorb specific wavelength that vibrates their own molecule and crystal which emits the heat energy.
The energy is used for the heat treatment and heats up the material within short period.
About annealing:
Annealing is the heat treatment method that makes it possible to get rid of residual stress for the molded material.
Use application:
- Automobile industry
(e.g.: processing time of 3 ~ 5min for deposition of automobile lamp cover(60min with the conventional method) - Precision industry
(e.g.: drying and curing time for the mount board of water and dust proof paint 8min(30min with the conventional method)

Hybrid far infrared annealing equipment
A combination of 'far infrared' and hot air circulation is
a hybrid far infrared annealing equipment.
In the heating zone will be heated to speed up work using 'far infrared heaters',
in the soaking zone keep the uniform temperature of the workpiece by hot air.
Far infrared heater is used to those with very high spectral emissivity.
This is the original ECOM heater.
