Heat treating furnace is an equipment that heat treats various products, change the composition and stabilizes them. From high temperature(1,000℃ or more) to low temperature and from factory schematics to peripheral equipment, we provide the furnace made with customer’s requested specification.

Solar battery module curing equipment
This is a combustion equipment during the production of solar module battery.
The film sheet is bonded to the solar battery on the glass, heat treated and cured.
This makes the battery strong and durable.

Fluorescent tube baking furnace
The equipment is used during the production of fluorescent tube. The self-rolling fluorescent tube is conveyed inside the furnace, a combustion system with automatic rolling and conveying system.
Infrared generating radiant cup burner with is installed at upper part of the furnace and hear treat the fluorescent tube evenly.

Brazed furnace
The furnace can be kept deoxidized(injecting hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and DX gas). Brazed products is conveyed inside the furnace and without being oxidized or color fading, It is processed and finished with gloss.
The furnace atmosphere gas is changed depending on the brazing filler metal.

Baking furnace
The furnace bakes the product with broad range of combustion temperature.
We design optimum size of the furnace depending on the processing amount.
We also design batch or hoist type furnace with the request of the customer and they can be assembled together with deodorizing equipment.

Heat cure furnace for adhesive
Adhesive is attached to the product then heat processed and cured in the furnace.
The product automatically placed on the pallet from the supply zone and conveyed to the heat cure furnace with the pallet.
There are two chambers inside the furnace.
The product is heat processed with the hot blast circulation made by the electric heater. Then the first chamber at the exit of the furnace acts as the cooling chamber.
It rapidly cools down the product and is automatically discharged from the pallet at the second chamber on the exit.
The furnace is sequential and completely automatic.

Small heat-treating furnace

Dolly type annealing furnace
Product is carried in and out by the dolly and gets annealed.

T6-heat treatment rotary furnace
Solution treatment(aging treatment) is processed with a cylinder shape shelf being installed in the furnace and putting the product on the shelf and rotating it.
This is the furnace with the features of space saving and rapid heat treatment.

Exhaust furnace for fluorescent tube
The heat treatment furnace gets rid of moisture and exhaust in the fluorescent tube and keeps high vacuum condition in the tube. The photo is a vertical type exhaust furnace with self rotating ability.

Annealing furnace for glass product
Gas burner evenly heats the furnace then the furnace gets cooled down. Various types of glass parts are conveyed on the mesh belt . The furnace has continuous annealing function. It also has a unified furnace that a combustion unit and a control panel are combined.
